What countries do you ship to?
Right now, we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally soon — stay tuned!
How do you source your beans?
We partner with farmers directly from Guatemala who share our values of sustainability, quality, and care for their communities. Every bean is ethically sourced and roasted in small batches to bring out its unique story and flavor. We also source our coffee from Covoya which is a U.S based specialty green coffee importer who work directly with farmers and cooperatives worldwide.This ensures quality, sustainability, and traceability- so every cup you enjoy is rooted in care from farm to roast.
How should I store my beans?
For the freshest cup, keep your beans in an airtight container at room temperature, away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. No need to refrigerate — just store in a cool, dry place.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you accept returns?
Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns. But if your order isn’t right or something arrived damaged, please reach out to us at nustorycoffee.com — we’ll make it right.
