Our family’s journey from Guatemala to Missouri was driven by a passion for coffee and the desire to share its rich flavors with the world. In Guatemala, we were surrounded by lush coffee plantations and vibrant culture, but we dreamed of expanding our horizons. The move to Missouri presented an opportunity to establish a coffee roasting business that could highlight coffee from different regions globally. We wanted to create a space where coffee lovers could experience diverse flavors and learn about the unique stories behind each origin. By combining our Guatemalan heritage with the Midwestern community, we aim to bridge cultures and create a unique coffee experience that celebrates both tradition and innovation. This new chapter has allowed us to connect with local farmers and global suppliers, curating a selection that reflects the best of what the world has to offer. In Missouri, we found not just a new home, but also a vibrant market eager to embrace the artistry of coffee roasting. Our mission is to bring the warmth of our roots to our new community, one cup at a time.
