We recommend using your preferred method—drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso. For the freshest flavor, use filtered water just off the boil and brew according to your device’s guidelines. Experiment to find your perfect cup!

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
Store your beans in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat, light, and moisture. Avoid refrigerating or freezing for everyday use—just keep them cool and dry to maintain peak freshness. We recommend using and Airscape Coffee Cannister.

What’s the best grind size?
The grind size depends on your brewing method:

• Coarse: French press
• Medium: Drip coffee makers
• Fine: Espresso machines

Grinding just before brewing ensures the best flavor and aroma.

What flavor notes should I expect?
Each bean has its own flavor profile, influenced by its origin and roast. Expect notes ranging from fruity and floral to chocolatey and nutty—each sip tells its own story.
